Enrich. Inspire. Transform.
The WILLFUL Foundation is dedicated to helping low-income families and individuals with disabilities, including disabled veterans, elevate their quality of life. We are committed to empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
issues We're Fighting
1
Intergenerational poverty
For many rural, low-income families, poverty isn’t a temporary condition, it’s inherited across generations. Without access to financial education, resources, or opportunities to build wealth, families remain trapped in a cycle that limits future potential.
Financial literacy, wealth-building skills, and access to education are critical to breaking this cycle and empowering families to thrive.
2
opportunity gap
Many low-income youth lack exposure to higher education and career pathways, not because of a lack of talent or ambition, but due to systemic barriers like under-resourced schools, limited college guidance, and financial constraints.
Whether through college or entrepreneurship, young people deserve a chance to dream big and build lasting success. Exposure, guidance, and financial support can unlock doors to self-sufficiency and generational change.
3
Disability disconnection
Individuals with disabilities, including disabled veterans, often face social, economic, and physical barriers that limit their full participation in community life. These challenges include stigma, isolation, and limited access to employment, education, and inclusive recreational opportunities.
At Willful, inclusion isn’t optional, it’s essential. Supporting individuals with disabilities means creating communities where everyone can thrive, contribute, and belong.
Our Story
Remembering William Fuller (1950-2015)
Founder and Son, Anthony Fuller, was led to create The WILLFUL Foundation after his father, William Fuller, passed away in 2015. William was a pillar of his family serving as light, strength and a guiding force. He spent his years in service to both his family and his community as a caregiver for adults with special needs. His clients easily became part of the Fuller family, joining us for family dinners and trips. The WILLFUL Foundation is our way to continue his love and honor his legacy.
